Something wrong with a Carmex product, or did you react to it? Tell us. Every report goes to Bonsana AG, who handles it.

In your email program, attach a photo of the pack showing the lot number. That helps us most.

Where do I find the lot number?

It is usually in one of these places:

  • Jar: on the side of the lid, by "Made in USA".
  • Tube: embossed in the flat, sealed end.
  • Stick: at the bottom, on the base or on the label.
  • Lip gloss: embossed in the flat, sealed end of the tube.

Can't find it? Photograph the pack from every side and attach the photos.
